Whilst we acknowledge the fact that past performance is the most likely indicator of future behaviour, we take nothing for granted when appointing anyone to represent the DSW brand. Without exception, all of our personnel undergo a rigourous selection / assessment process, which involves; testing up to date knowledge levels; application skills; role specific competencies and behaviours. Our people tell us that our approach to assessment is refreshingly difficult; borne out by the fact that we have to let a large number of people down. Whatever the project, our clients are assured that the right people have been chosen.

For The Right Job
We consult with our clients to agree the scope of a project and identify the skills needed to execute the roles required. We often agree bespoke assessment formats and are happy for these events to be observed or co-hosted by our clients. This approach ensures that projects are fulfilled by people whose skills are aligned to the work that actually needs doing. Sounds simple, but we are often surprised to learn that many clients have had or have no say in the selection of external resources and are often disappointed by the quality of people made available to them.

Our operations team use sophisticated resourcing tools to identify ‘at a glance’ availability of the right people. Our track record includes the placement of over 60 complaint handling professionals and over 40 learning and development consultants within a two week window.
