All professional trainers need to continuously develop their skills and be kept up to date with the latest learning methods and delivery techniques. Many trainers also desire to become ‘accredited’ in their chosen profession. The Professional Trainer Accreditation programme is designed to achieve these aims.

The programme is demanding, but those who qualify will derive great value from their enhanced status. Commencing with a 2 day Master Class run by academic experts, industry and subject specialists, the programme continues with a series of monitored interventions, from which delegate and client feedback is gathered as sound evidence of trainer knowledge and application skills. The programme culminates with a panel of experts evaluating the evidence and awarding the formal DSW Academy Accreditation to those achieving the required standards.
