Supplier / Vendor Manager
 

Location: Auckley, South Yorkshire

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

Role

As a Supplier / Vendor Manager you will play a key role sourcing, negotiating with and managing the performance of suppliers to our Learning Managed Service to deliver a class leading level of customer service and value to our Financial Services clients.

 

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in this newly created role. This is an exciting time to join DSW in this new, green field role, in which you will be able to make a significant impact.

 

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

 Knowledge and understanding of supplier management processes and methodologies

  • Experience working within a related role within an internal L&D function, Managed Service Provider or Training Company

  • An understanding of the Learning and Development marketplace and the range of suppliers within it

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.

Assessment Innovation Lead

Role

Following three years of un-precedented growth within our End Point Assessment business we are looking to add to the team in the new role of Assessment Innovation Lead. You will be joining an established and growing team that has seen DSW grow to be leading provider of End Point Assessments in our sector. In this role you will build on our current, digital first, position to further enhance the assessment experience for all stakeholders. 

 

We are looking for a digital native with an appreciation of User Experience Design and an understanding of Assessment who can create seamless and engaging online and offline journeys.

 

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

 

  • Knowledge and understanding of assessment principles.

  • Experience working within a training, assessment or learning technology role.

  • A demonstrable track record of creating engaging materials and workflows within a training, assessment, or related area.

  • An appreciation of UX design

  • A strong technical understanding

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

  • Resilience

  • Attention to detail.

Quality Executive (Apprenticeships)

Location: Auckley, South Yorkshire
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

Role

Over the last two years DSW has established itself as the leading provider of End Point Assessments within our chosen sectors.  We’re working with some of the biggest employers and Training Providers in the UK and are looking to appoint a permanent Quality Executive within our existing Apprenticeships Quality Team.

 

The Quality Executive role will see you play a key role ensuring that our assessments are delivered in an accurate, consistent and compliant way.
