Internal Quality Assurer (IQA)

End Point Assessments

Location: Auckley, South Yorkshire
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Role

Over the last two years, DSW has established itself as the leading provider of End Point Assessments within our chosen sectors.  We’re working with some of the biggest employers and Training Providers in the UK and are looking to appoint a permanent IQA within our existing Apprenticeships Quality Team.

 

The IQA role will see you play a key role in ensuring that our assessments are delivered in an accurate, consistent and compliant way.

Assessment Product Developer

Role

 

The Assessment Product Developer is the Champion for a portfolio of Assessment Products and will support the entire product lifecycle including:

 

  • Maintain a broad market awareness of the sector served by the Portfolio

  • Monitor policy and changes to published assessment plans and ensure that any changes are reflected in our products in a timely manner

  • Create Business Cases for new products

  • Analyse published assessment plans and recommend an approach to assessment

  • Manage the creation of and changes to products and supporting collateral

  • Oversee the rollout of products ensuring that all departments are informed and implement their respective tasks

  • Review and report on products in line with contractual requirements as well as based on performance, client feedback and standardisation meetings

  • Deliver product-related briefings to clients and assessors

  • Ensure that accurate record keeping is adhered to throughout the product lifecycle

  • Proactively seek to improve the product lifecycle and approach to assessment at DSW

  • Work with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach is taken in the design and development of our Assessment products
