Case Study - Bespoke Professional Development and Training Limited (BePro)

BePro is a highly experienced Approved Training Provider, delivering HR, Management, Administration and L&D Apprenticeships to some of the biggest brands throughout the UK.


DSW is an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO), whose technical expertise is recognised by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and Ofqual, who have approved DSW to deliver fast, reliable, quality assured End Point Assessment for 35 Apprenticeship Standards.


Brief


After working with several EPAO’s in the past, BePro required an EPAO partner characterised by good communication, great resources and high-quality assessment methods to support them in preparing Apprentices for EPA success.


Solution

DSW provided a dedicated account management team led by Chelsey Cottrill (Business Development Executive) and Kayleigh Watson (Operations Administrator), to work in close communication with the operations team at BePro to ensure total familiarity with the EPA processes and requirements.

The DSW support materials guide the BePro team through the assessment expectations and how to best prepare their Apprentices. DSW Assessors work to independently assess the Apprentice against the learning outcomes involved with each Standard, providing grades and feedback that support continuous development.

Outcome

The DSW and BePro partnership has resulted in many successful outcomes, with the first cohorts of Apprentices consistently demonstrating good application of the knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSB’s) of the Standards (levels 3-5) involved.
