Toolkit Launch - Customer Service Specialist Level 3

DSW has created this Toolkit to help the Apprentice, Apprenticeship Training Provider (ATP) and Employer to understand what is needed to successfully achieve End Point Assessment for this Standard and complete the Apprenticeship programme. The requirements and content of this Toolkit come directly from the Customer Service Specialist Assessment Plan with additional clarification provided by Ofqual, who are the External Quality Assurer for this Apprenticeship Standard.
